Foundations, then every phase, then three builds.

Roughly 20–25 hours a week: 4–6 live sessions, 4–6 in ceremonies, 3–5 recorded modules, and 10–15 on your own project work. Ceremonies are synchronous by design — a cross-functional sprint does not work asynchronously.

Before you register

Is the workshop really free?

Yes. The workshop costs nothing, there is no card to enter and there is nothing to cancel afterwards. You are registering interest in a two-hour live session, and that is the whole of it.

What happens after I register?

You fill in a short form, and we email you the date, the time and the joining link once the session is scheduled. Registering does not commit you to anything.

Do you guarantee a job or placement?

No. We do not guarantee a job, a placement, an interview or a salary, and we will not imply it. What the twelve-week programme leaves you with is a verifiable evidence trail — commits, pull requests, test suites and deployments on three real projects — which is a stronger thing to show an employer than a certificate.

What if I'm not technical enough?

The workshop assumes nothing — it is a walkthrough, and you can follow it without writing a line of code. For the twelve-week programme, weeks 1–2 exist for exactly this: the vocabulary and the ceremonies, before any of it is asked of you. You do need to be able to read and write code at a basic level.

How much time does the twelve-week programme take?

Roughly 20–25 hours a week: 4–6 in live sessions, 4–6 in ceremonies, 3–5 on recorded modules, and 10–15 on your own labs and project work. Standups are 15 minutes, three days a week, in rotating pairs. Ceremonies are synchronous by design. The workshop walks through the full week-by-week schedule so you can judge it against your own calendar.
